Working With Bronwen

With a commitment to compassion, I offer holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered counselling services for expectant parents, parents, children, youth, and adults. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, neuroscience, mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and expressive arts and play therapy, with a focus on the essential role of the nervous system.

I have extensive training in various approaches, including sensorimotor psychotherapy, infant and perinatal/postpartum mental health, holistic expressive play therapy, attachment-based therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT), and mindful self-compassion.

Understanding that each client brings a unique lived experience, I tailor my approach to address your specific issues and concerns. Together, we will determine the therapeutic approach that best suits your goals.

Everyone is welcome in my practice, and I encourage you to arrive just as you are.

Supporting children in their development begins with nurturing parents through the journey of pregnancy and into the transformative experience of parenthood.
